Who are Meals on Wheels?

Meals on Wheels is a leading charity devoted to ensuring every homebound senior can age with dignity, by delivering them hot meals and much more – such as care, connection and companionship.

With over 2 million volunteers and 5,000 community-based programs across the U.S., Meals on Wheels currently support 2.2 million elderly citizens and deliver over 250 million meals annually. Talk about modern-day heroes!

Why Did We Partner?

We asked our players which issues they wish to impact, and they voted on fighting loneliness. When asked about which population to focus on first, seniors were picked as our community’s top priority.

How Did We Make a Difference Together?

• Launched “Roll for Good”, a special event in the BINGO Blitz game, where our player community played reach a shared goal that triggered a large donation from BINGO Blitz to Meals on Wheels.
• Raised massive awareness and inspired further donations through the incredible BINGO Blitz social media community.
• Teamed up with Meals on Wheels volunteers in Baltimore to make a difference together by cooking meals in their kitchens alongside our amazing players.
• Delivered meals and smiles personally to senior BINGO Blitz players in several U.S. cities.
• Organized an epic Bingo Event at a senior’s center in Orlando, FL, to give more joy to the community.
